Our Founder
Donna DeVito, MBA, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, GPHR
Driven by a vision to see businesses thrive through customized HR solutions, Donna founded ScaleUp HR in 2022.
Her expertise has been cultivating for nearly fifteen (15) years in diverse industries including Manufacturing, IT, and Non-profit sections. Allowing her to provide a unique and unmatched ability to scale Human Resources for businesses of all sizes, from startups to large public corporations.
Donna's academic foundation includes a Bachelor’s Degree in English from the University of Connecticut and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Southern Connecticut State University.
In addition, Donna has obtained certification as a Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) , SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and HRCI's Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
